妇科炎性感染中微生物检验的方法与效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析妇科炎性感染中微生物的检验方法和效果,为妇科炎性感染的治疗提供参考依据。方法:从2017年3月~2018年3月期间某院诊治的所有妇科炎性感染患者当中随机选取其中的176例患者作为研究对象,根据两组患者入院时间的先后顺序将这176例患者分为研究组和对照组各88例,其中对照组采用培养法进行检验,研究组采用凝集法进行检验。结果:对照组88例患者检验结果的阳性率为79.55%,研究组88例患者检验结果的阳性率为82.95%,两组患者在妇科炎性感染中阳性率的检验结果方面没有显著差异,P>0.05,差异没有统计学意义。结论:培养法和凝集法均可应用到妇科炎性感染的微生物检验当中,并且都具有较为显著的检验效果,临床上可以将凝集法作为妇科炎性感染中微生物检验的初步检验选择,而培养法可用于最终微生物的确诊,从而显著提高微生物检验的准确性和时效性。 Objective: To analyze the methods and effects of microbiology examination in gynecological inflammatory infection and to provide reference for the treatment of gynecological inflammatory infection. Methods: A total of 176 patients were randomly selected from all gynecological inflammatory patients diagnosed and treated in a hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as the subject of this study. They were divided into two groups according to the order of their admission time, the study group and the control group, 88 cases in each group;88 cases in the control group were tested by the culture method, and 88 cases in the study group were tested by the agglutination method. Results: The positive rate of the test results of 88 patients in the control group was 79.55%, and the positive rate of the test results of 88 patients in the study group was 82.95%. There was no significant difference in the test results of the positive rate of gynecological inflammatory infection between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Both culture method and agglutination method can be applied to the microbiological examination of gynecological inflammatory infection, and both have significant test results. In clinic, the agglutination method can be used as the initial test choice for the microbial test in gynecological inflammatory infection, while the culture method can be used for the final diagnosis of microorganisms, so as to significantly improve the accuracy and timeliness of the microbial test.
