摘要
当前,企业培训中心主要存在定位和发展目标不清晰、市场适应能力较差、专业设置不合理、师资力量和实践教学环节较为薄弱等几个方面的问题,通过创新思维、调整专业结构、加强师资队伍建设等措施能改进工作,提高培训质量,从而推动企业培训中心快速发展。
At present there mainly exist these problems in enterprise training center : no clear location and development goal, poor ability in suiting market, no reasonable professional installation, being shortage ofteachers and weak in practical teaching link,etc.Through innovating thought,adjusting structure of occupation and training teachers, we can improve our work and training quality, thus to promote the fast developments of enterprise training center.
