垂柳叶醇提物对小鼠毛发生长的影响

摘要 采用松香石蜡脱毛法,研究垂柳叶醇提物对小鼠毛发生长的促进作用,结果表明,垂柳叶醇提物对毛发有较明显的生长促进作用,醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取物次之;而通过注射环磷酰胺将经松香石蜡脱毛后的小鼠诱导为化疗后损伤性脱毛模型,以此模型来研究在环磷酰胺所致小鼠化疗脱毛的情况下垂柳叶对其的预防作用,结果表明,垂柳叶醇提取物能够对减少对毛发的掉落,并能够在一定的条件下很好的修复毛囊,根据有关试验对比显示确实存在很大的差异。
