摘要
针对水泥热工设备抗磨耐热件的工况条件和失效形式 ,合理设计了铬镍氮稀土抗磨耐热钢的化学成分。通过试验研究了该抗磨耐热钢的常温力学性能、12 0 0℃时的抗氧化性能及成型工艺性能。试验结果表明该材料具有优良的抗磨耐热性能 ,在 12 0 0℃氧化速度小于 0 .3g/ (m2 ·h)。抗磨耐热件的应用表明 :使用寿命比Cr2 5Ni2 0耐热钢件提高 2 0 %~ 40 %。
Based on the running conditions and failure manners of the wear resistant and heat resistant spareparts of the cement thermodynamic engineering equipments, the composition of it’s material Cr Ni N RE wear resistant and heat resistant steel was reasonably designed. The mechanical properties and the oxidation resistant property at 1 200 ℃ as well as the processing properties of the material were studied through experiments.The experiment results showed that the material possessed the excellent wear resistant and heat resistant properties and it’s oxidation speed at 1 200 ℃ was less than 0.3 g/(m 2·h). And the application of the wear resistant and heat resistant spareparts expressed that the service life would raise 20%~40% than the Cr25Ni20 heat resistant steel spareparts.
