摘要
首次采用球红假单胞菌,对实际煤系黄铁矿进行微生物调整预处理——浮选法抑制脱除的研究,通过选择不同的浮选条件,进行了大量探索实验;探讨了利用球红假单胞菌抑制浮选过程中黄铁矿浮出、强化泡沫浮选脱硫的技术和效果,故对煤炭微生物——浮选研究和应用有一定的指导意义。
The paper discusses in detail the effect of microorganisms surface conditioning by Rhodopseudomonas spheroids prior to froth floatation for depressing pyrite during the floatation separation of coal pyrite. By using new kinds of microorganisms and imitating different industrial flotation conditions to carry out comparable experiments, the authors bring forward the experiment results that Rhodopseudomonas spheroids can effectively depress coal pyretic in the bioassistant flotation. Its advantages include its operating conditions at room temperature and ordinary pressure, neutral pH condition, low cost, short operating period, low pollution impact etc. As an imitation about the industrial floatation processes of microorganismfloatation for real Chinese coal pyrite, the experiment is original and the results have an important directional significance.
