摘要
企业是社会经济发展的基石,企业家是创新和创业的重要推动力量,促进企业家集群涌现对推动区域创新系统发展、促进新企业创立和新知识扩散具有极为重要的意义。基于复杂系统科学中涌现理论的分析表明,企业家集群涌现须具备非线性、自组织、非平衡性和多个吸引子等前提特征;元素效应、结构效应、规模效应和环境效应等则对企业家集群涌现性的形成机理具有重要影响。基于竞合博弈模型和Lotka-Volterra种群生长模型的分析,可刻画企业家集群涌现的动态演化过程。企业家集群涌现性研究的核心是发现或创造涌现性,通过合理的系统管理和政策设计推动企业家集群涌现。
Enterprises are the cornerstone of social and economic development,and entrepreneurs are an important driving force for innovation and entrepreneurship. It is of great significance to promote the emergence of entrepreneur cluster so as to promote the development of regional innovation system,the creation of new enterprises and the diffusion of new knowledge. An analysis based on the emerging theory of complex system science shows that entrepreneur cluster emergence must have non-linear,self-organization,non-equilibrium and multiple attractors and other prerequisites; it also shows that element effect,structural effect,scale effect and environmental effect have important influences on the formation mechanism of entrepreneur cluster emergence. Based on the competition and cooperation game models and the Lotka-Volterra population growth model,we can describe the dynamic evolution process of entrepreneur cluster emergence. The core of the research on entrepreneur cluster emergence is to discover or create emergence,so we should promote the emergence of entrepreneur clusters through rational system management and policy design.
