摘要
目的依据GB/T 5009.19-2008《食品中有机氯农药多组分残留量的测定》,对气相色谱法(gas chromatography,GC)测定牛奶中艾氏剂、狄氏剂的测量结果不确定度进行评定。方法通过建立GC法测定艾氏剂、狄氏剂残留量的数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素,并对各不确定度分量进行评估、计算,由此计算合成不确定度,得出测量结果的扩展不确定度,从而建立了牛奶中艾氏剂、狄氏剂测定不确定度评定方法。结果牛奶中艾氏剂、狄氏剂测定结果的合成不确定度分别为0.076、0.059,艾氏剂的检测结果可表示为(5.21±0.79)μg/kg,狄氏剂的检测结果可表示为(4.93±0.56)μg/kg;标准曲线、样品前处理过程和仪器测量重复性引入的不确定度对艾氏剂、狄氏剂检测结果影响较大。结论测量不确定度评定方法的确立对牛奶中艾氏剂、狄氏剂检测和结果判定有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the test results of uncertainty of aldrin and dieldrin detected by gas chromatography(GC) in milk, according to GB/T 5009.19-2008“Determination of organo chlorine pesticides in foods multicomponent resides”. Methods The factors affecting the uncertainty were deduced by establishing mathematical model for the determination by GC method. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated, from which the combined uncertainty and the extended uncertainty were obtained. Results The combined uncertainty of aldrin and dieldrin in milk for determination was 0.076 and 0.059, and the determined content of aldrin and dieldrin was (5.21±0.79)μg/kg and (4.93±0.56)μg/kg, respectively. The standard curve, pre-treatment process and instrument measurement repeatability was the primary factor for determination of aldrin and dieldrin. Conclusion The establishment of the methodology for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty is important for the determination of aldrin and dieldrin pesticides in milk.
