摘要
作为最具代表性的木质纤维素材料,玉米秸秆是生产低聚木糖的理想选择。由于以玉米秸秆直接水解产生的低聚木糖杂质含量太高,导致后期精制步骤变得非常难以进行。试验旨在研究玉米秸秆酶法降解工艺的优化,以提高玉米秸秆中低聚木糖的质量和抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,玉米秸秆酶法降解生产的低聚木糖在乙醇梯度洗脱过程中具有明显的解吸优先性; 30%乙醇洗脱液中低聚木糖的纯度最高为98.12%。玉米秸秆酶法降解生产的低聚木糖抗氧化活性测定表明,当70%乙醇洗脱液质量浓度为3 mg/mL时,低聚木糖的自由基清除率达到89.89%,可直接在抗氧化食品及饲料添加剂中应用。
As the most representative lignocellulosic material,corn stover(CS)would be the ideal choice for the production of xylo-oligosaccharides.Due to the high impurity content of xylo-oligosaccharides produced by the direct enzymatic hydrolysis of xylan extracted from corn stover,subsequent refining steps were indispensable.This study aimed to study the optimization of enzymatic degradation of corn stover to improve the quality and antioxidant activity of xylo-oligosaccharides in corn stover.Xylo-oligosaccharides had a significant desorption preference during ethanol gradient elution.The highest purity of xylooligosaccharides in the 30%ethanol eluate was 98.12%.The determination of antioxidant activity showed that the free radical scavenging rate of xylo-oligosaccharide reached 89.89%,when the concentration of 70%ethanol eluate was 3 mg/mL,which could be used for antioxidant foods and feed additives.
