摘要
建立利用平行定量浓缩仪对饮用水样品进行浓缩,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP/MS)同时检测饮用水中的铅、砷、铬、镉、锡、铝、镍的分析方法。采用定量浓缩仪对饮用水样品进行浓缩, 0.45μm滤膜过滤, ICP/MS对浓缩后的饮用水样品进行检测,内标法进行定量分析。结果表明:铅、砷、铬、镉、锡、铝、镍元素线性范围在0.01~1μg/mL之间,线性关系良好,相关系数(R^2)均不低于0.995;方法检出限为:铅0.002 5μg·L^(-1),砷0.003 2μg·L(^(-1)),铬0.001 8μg·L^(-1),镉0.004 2μg·L^(-1),锡0.005 1μg·L^(-1),铝0.004 8μg·L^(-1),镍0.003 9μg·L^(-1);各元素(低0.01μg·L^(-1),中0.1μg·L^(-1),高1.0μg·L^(-1))加标回收率均在81.0%~106.1%之间;重复性相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5.0%。试验证明该方法前处理简单、重复性好、灵敏度高、检测结果准确可靠。
A parallel quantitative concentrated instrument-ICP/MS method for determination of plumbum,arsenic,chromium,cadmium,tin,aluminum and nickel in drinking water was established.The samples of drinking water were condensed by quantitative enrichment instrument,then filtered by 0.45μm filter.Samples were tested by ICP/MS,and quantified by internal standard method.Result show that plumbum,arsenic,chromium,cadmium,tin,aluminum and nickel had good linear relationships in the range of 0.01-1μg/m L,and correlation coefficients were all above 0.995.The detection limits of this method were as follows:plumbum 0.002 5μg·L-1,arsenic 0.003 2μg·L-1,chromium 0.001 8μg·L-1,cadmium 0.004 2μg·L-1,tin 0.005 1μg·L-1,aluminum 0.004 8μg·L-1 and nickel 0.003 9μg·L-1.The recoveries which focused on low(0.01μg·L-1),medium(0.1μg·L-1)and high(1.0μg·L-1)levels were ranged from 81.0%to 106.1%.The RSDs of repeatability were less than 5.0%(n=6).This method was proved to be simple,good repeatability,high precision,accurate and reliable.
