摘要
食品教育的发展关系到中国食品产业的发展、食品安全问题的改善和大众树立正确的食品观念,研究十几年中国'食品教育'的现状、热点及前沿问题具有重要现实价值和理论意义。筛选中国知网CNKI关于'食品教育'研究的各类文献610篇,利用CiteSpace和Ucinet软件得出'食品教育'文献增长图谱、高频词社会网络知识分析图谱、关键词聚类共现图等可视化图谱,得出中国食品教育的现状、热点及前沿问题,并对此提出相应的优化建议。
The development of food education is related to the development of China’s food industry,the improvement of food safety and the establishment of correct food perception of the public.It has important practical and theoretical significance to study the status of hotspots and frontiers of China’s'Food Education'over the past decade.This paper selects610 articles of CNKI on'Food Education'research,and uses CiteSpace and Ucinet software to obtain the'Food Education'literature growth map,the social network knowledge analysis map of high-frequency word and the keywords cluster cooccurrence visual maps.Therefore the status quo,hotspots and frontier issues of China’s food education are obtained,and finally corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.
