Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Solvent Extraction Process for Azocyclotin from Dried Jujube by Response Surface Analysis

摘要 以干制红枣为材料,研究超声波辅助法提取大位阻农药三唑锡的最佳条件。考察超声提取功率、提取温度、提取时间、料液比及提取次数5个单因素对三唑锡提取的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上进行响应面分析,得到三唑锡提取的最佳工艺条件为温度45℃、频率45 k Hz、料液比1∶12(g/m L)、提取6次、提取时间50 min、超声提取功率70 W,经验证,此条件下三唑锡含量为0.15 mg/kg。 The present work was undertaken to investigate optimal conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction azocyclotin from dried jujube. The effects of five factors including ultrasonic power, extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-toliquid ratio and extraction number on extraction efficiency were explored using a combination of single factor method and response surface methodology. An extraction temperature of 45 ℃, an ultrasonic frequency of 45 k Hz, an ultrasonic power of 70 W and 50 min extractions performed six times with a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:12(g/m L) were selected as the optimal extraction conditions. Experiments conducted under these conditions resulted in an extraction rate of 0.15 mg/kg.
