探析日常饮用水中微生物的检验 被引量:2

摘要 根据国家卫生部门制定的相关标准及检验方法,对人们日常饮用水中的微生物指标进行检验,同时进行相应的评价分析,以便更清楚地了解生活饮用水的污染程度,为保障饮用水质量提供有利参考。结果显示:城市所饮用的水资源合格率显著优于农村,春季冬季的饮用水微生物合格率显著高于夏秋季节,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);城市和农村饮用水中微生物合格率最高的是大肠埃希氏菌。由此可知,通过对日常饮用水中微生物进行检验可以更好地掌握饮用水的污染动态,根据污染情况制定有效的措施进行改善,从而保证日常饮用水的合格率和安全性。 According to state health departments to develop the relevant standards and test methods,microbial indicators of people's daily drinking water was tested,at the same time,the corresponding evaluation was analyzed,in order to more clearly understand the extent of contamination of drinking water,to provide favorable reference for ensuring the quality of the drinking water. The results showed that urban drinking water resources qualified rate was significantly higher than rural,the spring and winter of microorganism of drinking water qualified rate was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn season,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); urban and rural drinking water microbial qualified rate was the highest in the Escherichia coli Salmonella. Thus,it may be known that the daily drinking water microbial test could better grasp the dynamic of drinking water pollution,and formulate effective measures to improve according to the pollution condition,so as to ensure the daily drinking water qualified rate and safety.
