摘要 本试验比较顶空气相色谱法与顶空气相色谱串联质谱法对化妆品中二噁烷残留量的测定,结果显示:采用GC法,在26.15~1 046.00 ug的浓度范围内,得到标准曲线方程为y=39.511 166x-24.736,相关系数r=0.999 8,检出限为0.100 mg/kg,方法的定量限为0.300 mg/kg,回收率为91.19%~94.68%,重现性良好,RSD值为1.45%;而采用GC-MS法,二噁烷在26.15~1 046.00 ug浓度范围内,得到标准曲线方程为y=28.8349x-197.602,相关线性系数r=0.999 3,检出限为0.026 mg/kg,定量限为0.08 mg/kg,回收率为87.9%8~95.95%,RSD值为3.69%。 This trial compared the headspace gas chromatography with headspace gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry-dioxane in cosmetics residues, results showed: The GC method, in the concentration range of 26.15 ~ 1046.0ug to obtain a standard curve equation y = 39.511166x-24.736, correlation coefficient r = 0.9998, the detection limit of 0.1mg/kg, the limit of quantification method was 0.3mg / kg, the recovery rate between 91.19%-94.68%, reproducibility, RSD is 1.45%; and the use of GCMS method, dioxane in the concentration range of 26.15 ~ 1046.0ug, standard curve equation y = 28.8349x-197.602, the linear correlation coefficient r = 0.9993, the detection limit of 0.026mg/kg, limit of quantification was 0.08mg / kg, the recoveries between 87.98-95.95%, RSD is 3.69%.
