摘要 本文通过对4个品牌的火锅底料进行砷含量的测定,并且通过实验了解市售火锅料中的砷含量情况。利用原子荧光检测测定制定样品中的砷,1个样品测4次,一共做了16次实验。得到的砷含量线性回归方程为:Y=303.35x-25.9。并且还分别测定出了4种火锅料中的砷含量,分别为A砷含量为0.86 mg/kg,B砷含量为0.52 mg/kg,c砷含量为0.13 mg/kg,D砷含量为0.33 mg/kg。不同品牌火锅料中的砷含量不同,尽量选择正规渠道购买火锅料。 This article through to the four brand of hot pot bottom material for the determination of arsenic content,and through the experimental understanding of the city' s hot pot in the arsenic content of the situation.The determination of arsenic in the sample was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,a sample was measured 4 times,and a total of 16 experiments were done.The linear regression equation of the arsenic content was y=303.35x-25.9.And the contents of as in four kinds of hot pot materials were determined respectively.The content of A is 0.86 mg/Kg,the content of B is 0.52 mg/kg,the content of C is 0.13 mg/kg,the content of D is 0.33 mg/Kg.Di ff erent brands of hot pot in the arsenic content is di ff erent,as far as possible to choose the formal channels to buy hot pot material.
