摘要 本文主要分析粮油食品中黄曲霉素的检测方法,并结合当下粮油食品安全中黄曲霉毒素的危害和检测方式创新等为根据,从黄曲霉毒素对人的危害与高效液相色谱法、薄层色谱法、免疫分析法、生物传感器法和金标试纸法等方面进行深入探索与研究,旨在提升我国粮油食品中黄曲霉毒素检测技术,实现粮油食品的安全食用。 This paper mainly analyzes the detection method of aflatoxin in grain and oil food. Based on the harm of aflatoxin and the innovation of detection method in grain and oil food safety, the harm of aflatoxin against human and high performance liquid chromatography, Thin layer chromatography, immunoassay, biosensor and gold standard test paper and other aspects of in-depth exploration and research, aimed at improving China's grain and oil food aflatoxin detection technology, to achieve food safety.
