摘要
采用湿法消化和火焰原子吸收法对云南会泽产紫、黄两个品种玛卡中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg、Cd、Co等八种元素进行测定,各元素的加样回收率在97.8%~104.1%之间,RSD在3.1%~0.44%之间,该方法在准确度和精密度方面符合分析要求。结果表明,两种玛卡八种元素相对含量次序相似,均为Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Co>Cd,其中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg、Co等七种元素均比较丰富,Cd含量较低。
The content of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cd,Co in purple and yellow Maca, which was produced in Yunnan Huize, were determined using wet digestion-flame atomic absorption method. The sample recovery rate and RSD for eight kinds of mineral elements were between 97.8%and 104.1%, 3.1%and 0.44%, respec-tively, which imply the accuracy and precision for this method meet the requirements of analysis. The results showed that the relative content order for these two kinds of Maca were similar, Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Co>Cd. The contents of Ca, Mg,Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Co are relatively rich,while the content of Cd is low.
