钢结构应用型人才培养的实践教学体系探索

Exploration of Practical Teaching System on Steel Structure Application Oriented Education

摘要 为适应当今社会对应用型、创新型人才的需求,应用型本科院校必须加强学生实践和创新技能的培养.校钢结构专业方向是为满足社会需求而开设,开创了浙江省土木工程专业的先河.经过近十年的探索和实践,基于工程应用能力要求构建了"一个目标、两条主线、三个层次、四个模块、多元评价"的实践教学体系.新的实践教学模式的建立对培养学生实践和创新技能、增强工程意识具有良好效果,也为应用型人才培养实践教学提供新思路. It is necessary for application-oriented colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of the practical and innovative skills of university students to adapt to the needs of the applied and innovative talents in the modern society.The steel structure subject at Zhejiang Shuren University was setup to meet the social needs and created a precedent for civil engineering education in Zhejiang Province.Through nearly ten years of exploration and practice,the practical training system of one goal,two main lines,three levels,four modules and multiple evaluation is constructed based on the ability of engineering application.The establishment of the new teaching mode has facilitated the cultivation of students'practical and innovative ability,and enhanced their engineering awareness.It has also provided a new idea for practical training of applied talents.
