摘要
以梨籽毛油为原料,对梨籽毛油的脱胶工艺进行研究,利用正交试验探讨影响水化脱胶的主要因素.结果表明,影响水化脱胶的因素主次顺序依次为:水化温度>水化时间>加水量;最佳脱胶工艺条件是:加水量3%,水化温度70℃,水化时间40min.在此条件下水化脱胶的脱胶率为88.10%,精炼率为94.86%.理化指标的测定表明:与毛油相比,除磷脂含量有明显下降,其他主要理化性质的变化较小,脱胶工艺适用于梨籽毛油的精炼生产.
Using pear seed crude oil as the raw material,the degumming process of pear seed oil was studied and orthogonal tests were used to investigate the main factors affecting the hydrated degumming.The results show that the order of the primary and secondary factors affecting the hydrated degumming is as follows:the hydration temperature> time>amount of water.The best degumming process conditions are:adding 3% water,water temperature of 70℃,and time of40 min.The degumming rate is 88.10% and the refining rate is 94.86% under the optimal condition.The measured physical-chemical indexes show that the phospholipid content is decreased significantly though there are only small changes in other physical-chemical properties compared to the crude oil.The degumming process is suitable for the production of refined pear seeds hair oil.
