摘要
当前我国贫富差距有拉大的趋势:部分社会成员收入差别持续拉大;区域差别和城乡差别拉大;行业之间的差距亦呈拉大趋势。其原因是多方面的。政府应建立合理、规范的收入分配调节机制;加强法制建设;努力增加农民收入;改革和完善社会保障制度;扩大再就业,通过积极的就业政策使贫困居民尽快脱贫,构建社会主义和谐社会。
Income difference between some social members, areas, city and town, as well as industries enlarges, which symbolizes the tendency that the gap between rich and poor in our country enlarges currently. To build up a harmonious society, the government should build up a reasonable and normative mechanism for income allocation adjusting, strengthen the legal system construction, increases the farmer income, reform and perfect the social security system, give more opportunities to the laid-off workers, free the poor people from poverty and so on.
