摘要
百年电力发展股份有限公司6号机组由于受当时设计水平和加工工艺的限制,随运行时间的增长热耗升高,效率偏低,经济性越来越差。为此,公司利用大修期间采用先进的全三维技术对通流部分进行了技术改造,改造后机组的考核试验表明改造取得了明显的节能降耗效果。分析了机组改造的经济性,指出了仍然存在的主要问题。
The heat rate of Bainian Power Development Co. Ltd's set NO.6, handicapped by its design level and technology at it's time of manufacture, had been increasing with the years of operation, resulting in low efficiency and bad economy. The company, therefore, during an overhaul period, recontructed the turbine's flow passage by making use of modern overall 3dimensional technique. A probation test following the retrofit showed that remarkable energy saving gains have been achieved. The paper analyzes the profitability of the set's retrofit and mentions the main problems still remaining.
