摘要
农村工业的发展为中国经济增长做出了很大贡献,同时也对环境效益造成了不可忽视的影响,尤以山东、浙江等发达地区为甚。目前国内针对农村工业环境效应的研究较少,缺乏系统的评价体系研究。文章综合利用环境库兹涅茨曲线和生态足迹法的相关理论,建立针对农村工业环境效应的评价模型,并以山东省即墨市为例,进行时间和空间的双重对比。结果表明,2000~2009年即墨市的资源消耗量与污染物排放量总体呈上升趋势,库兹涅茨曲线多处于"U"的右侧,资源消耗账户生态足迹与环境污染账户生态足迹呈波动上升趋势,工业发展对环境造成了较大的压力。随着技术进步和产业结构的调整,即墨市的万元GDP生态足迹呈下降趋势,说明即墨市对资源的利用率逐渐提高。
The development of rural industry has made great contribution to the economy growth of China, in the meanwhile the impact on the environment causes by rural industry should not be ignored, especially in the developed regions such as Shandong Province, Zhejiang Province and so on. At present, there are few studies on rural industry environment and related evaluation system. Therefore, the article built an evaluation model of effects on environment of rural industry based on environmental Kuznets curve and ecological footprint, then analyzed Jimo City of Shandong Province in time and space. The result shows that the resource consumption and pollutant emissions of Jimo City have increased and the environmental Kuznets curve was in the right side of 'U-shaped' from 2000 to 2009, which means the development of rural industry has put much pressure on environment. On the other hand, with the progress of technology and adjustment of industrial structure, ecological footprint per ten thousand yuan GDP of Jimo City shows a downward trend.
