摘要
提出了一种用自组装单层膜β-环糊精修饰电极(Au／SAM-β-CD)定量检测多巴胺、去甲基肾上腺素、肾上腺素、异丙基肾上腺素的方法;求得这4种神经递质的线性回归方程,并得到测定它们的线性范围分别为1.70～63.00、1.45～28.44、1.27～8.73、0.80～2.40μmol·L-1,检出限分别为0.57、0.48、0.42、0.27μmol·L-1;还讨论了pH值对测量的影响;实验结果表明该方法具有很好的灵敏度和较高的精密度。
This paper presents a new electrochemical method from quantitative detection of four neurotransmitters(dopamine,noradrenaline,adrenaline and isoprealine)using a self_ Assembled Monolayer ofβ_ cyclodextrin packed on a gold electrode(Au/SAM_β_CD).The experimental conditions including pH influence on the elecˉtrochemical responses were investigated.The equations of linear regression for the practical analysis were obtained.The linear range for determining the above four neurotransmitters are1.70～63.00、1.45～28.44、1.27～8.73and0.80～2.40μmol·L -1 and the detection limits are0.57、0.48、0.42、0.27μmol·L -1 respectively.The established method possesses the advantages of high sensitivity and good precision.
