摘要
讨论了感应加热热传导过程中 ,瞬态温度场的变化和分布 ,建立了表面比功率和表面加热温度、加热时间、感应加热电流频率、工件尺寸及淬硬层之间关系的数学模型 。
This paper has discussed the variety and the distribution of the transient temperature field during the heat conduction process of the induction heating, so that the mathematic models such as the surface specific power and the surface heating temperature, heating time, induction heating current frequency, the relationship between the work piece dimension and harden quenched layer have been established. The theoretic base of the harden quenched layer needed by the controlling of the work parts has been offered.
