摘要
目的:探讨喜炎平注射液联合更昔洛韦(GCV)治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果及对患儿肺功能和血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的影响。方法:选取我院2015年1月~2017年3月收治的122例病毒性肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组给予GCV治疗,观察组在此基础上联合喜炎平治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标与血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗21天后,观察组总有效率达91.8%,较对照组明显升高(78.7%,P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗21 d后达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)、每公斤潮气量(VT/kg)值均显著上升(P<0.01),呼吸频率(RR)、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组以上指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效明显优于更昔洛韦单药治疗,其能更有效改善患者肺功能,控制机体炎症反应,且安全性高。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of xiyanping injection combined with ganciclovir(GCV) on the children with viral pneumonia and its impact on the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α. Methods: 122 cases of children with viral pneumonia in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as research objectives and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by GCV, while the observation group was treated by GCV combined with Xiyanping injection. The clinical effect, changes of lung function and inflammatory index before and after treatment as well as the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results: At 21 d after treatment, the total effect rate of observation group was 91.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.7%, P<0.05);the peak volume ratio(VPTEF/VE), per kilogram of tidal volume(VT/kg) of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01), while the respiratory rate(RR), serum IL-6,TNF-α levels were significantly lower(P<0.01), these index of observation group improved more significantly than those of the con-trol group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xiyanping injection combined with GCV was more effective than GCV alone in the treatment of children with viral pneumonia, which could effectively improve the lung function and control the inflammatory response with high safely.
