摘要
随着磁外科相关技术的不断深入研究和临床探索应用,钕铁硼磁体体内植入需求不断增加,对于植入人体的磁体表面要求也不断提高。由于人体不同植入部位生理环境不同,对表面改性的要求也不同。目前钕铁硼磁性材料体内植入表面改性方法多样,但用于人体内不同部位的表面改性效果尚不确切,且缺乏系统的评价。该文详细总结了现有医用钕铁硼磁体表面改性方法,针对现阶段表面改性存在的问题提出总结,以期为后续研究提供思路和方向。
With the continuous in-depth research and clinical exploration of related technologies in magnetic surgery, the demand for implanting NdFeB magnets has been increasing, and the surface requirements for the magnets implanted into the human body have also been continuously improved. Because of the different physiological environments of different implantation sites in the human body, the requirements for surface modification are also different. At present, the surface modification methods of NdFeB magnetic materials implanted in vivo are various, but the effect of surface modification in different parts of the human body is not yet definitive,and the lack of systematic evaluation. In this paper, the implanted environment and a variety of surface modification methods of the existing medical NdFeB magnets are summarized in detail. The problems existing in the surface modification at the current stage are summarized in order to provide ideas and directions for follow-up study.
