水溶性蝇蛆甲壳素的提取及红外光谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 甲壳素是药用昆虫蝇蛆的生物活性成分之一,本研究采用酸碱法并辅以微波加热提取蝇蛆甲壳素,继而以碱冻融法制备低脱乙酰度的水溶性甲壳素。FTIR光谱分析结果表明,2种样品均具有3个典型的甲壳素酰胺谱带特征吸收峰,分别为1653cm^(-1)和1 621cm^(-1)(Ⅰ)、1 555cm^(-1)(Ⅱ)、1 309cm^(-1)(Ⅲ)(蝇蛆甲壳素初提物),以及1 625cm^(-1)(Ⅰ)、1 524cm^(-1)(Ⅱ)和1 305cm^(-1)(Ⅲ)(水溶性蝇蛆甲壳素)。家蝇蛆水溶性甲壳素的制备有助于拓展其深加式利用。 Chitin is one of the bioactive components of medicinal insect maggots. In this study, fly maggot chitin was extracted by acid-alkali method, assisted by microwave heating, and water-soluble chitin with low deacetylation degree was further prepared by alkali-freezing-thawing treatment. FTIR spectral analysis results showed that the two samples had three typical absorption peaks of amide bands of chitin in both samples: 1 653 cm^(-1) & 1 621 ㎝^(-1)( Ⅰ), 1 555cm^(-1)( Ⅱ) and 1 309 cm^(-1)( Ⅲ), for initial extraction of maggot chitin; 1 625 cm^(-1)( Ⅰ), 1 524 cm^(-1)( Ⅱ), 1 305 cm^(-1)( Ⅲ), for further preparation of water-soluble chitin, respectively. The preparation of water-soluble chitin can be beneficial for the deep development and utilization of medicinal maggots.
