摘要
子宫肌瘤是女性育龄期生殖系统的良性肿瘤,其生长、退化取决于细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、血管生成、蛋白酶的产生以及细胞外基质沉积的速度,子宫肌瘤的抑制则是通过阻断肌瘤生长过程中的某一环节来实现。实践证明中医药对子宫肌瘤有明显的抑制作用,通过逆转录-聚合酶链反应、蛋白质印迹法、MTT比色法等现代生物学技术的应用,能在一定程度上阐明中医药抑制子宫肌瘤细胞生长的作用机制,为中医药临床应用提供一定科学依据。本文通过对近5年在子宫肌瘤细胞研究中应用的生物学技术的总结,以期为子宫肌瘤和中医药的现代化研究提供一定的思路。
Uterine fibroids are benign tumors of reproductive-aged womenin reproductivesystem, the growth and degradation of uterine fibroids depend on cell proliferation, cell differentiation, cell apoptosis, angiogenesis,the production of protease and the speed of the extracellular matrix deposition. Inhibition of uterine fibroids is by blocking one link in the process of the growth. Practice has proved that traditional Chinese medicinecanmarkedly inhibit uterine fibroids, Modern biological technology, including RT-PCR, Western Blot, MTT and so on, can clarify the mechanism of inhibition of uterine fibroids by Chinese medicine in some degree. And it can provide scientific basis for the implement of Chinese medicine. The article summarizes modern biological technologies, implied in uterine fibroids studies in recent five years, offering some ideas for the research of uterine fibroids and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
