摘要 本文以苯硫酚为原料通过取代、氧化、消除三步合成苯基乙烯基砜。通过对反应温度、反应时间、催化剂等影响因素优化,得出了数组平行数据,确定最优小试工艺,收率66.9%。这种方法具有收率高、成本低廉、反应条件温和的优势,适宜工业化生产。 Phenylthiol is used as raw material to synthesize phenyl vinyl sulfone. After substitution reaction, oxidation and elimination,we get the product. By adjusting the experimental factors such as the reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst, the parallel data of the reaction was obtained to determine the best experimental condition. The yield was 66.9%. This method has advantages of high yield, low cost and mild reaction conditions, which is suitable for industrial production.
