摘要
胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)是一种肠促胰岛素,可以促进胰岛β细胞的增殖和胰岛素分泌,抑制胰高血糖素的分泌,抑制胃排空,显著降低2型糖尿病病人的血糖水平;此外,GLP-1对于保护心血管系统,降低心血管疾病的风险等方面具有积极作用。本文对阐述和分析了胰高血糖素样肽-1生物学功能的研究进展。
Glucagon like peptide-1(GLP-1) is an intestinal insulin that can induction of islet β –cell proliferation and insulin secretion, inhibition of glucagon recreation and slowing the gastric emptying, which significantly reduces blood glucose level in type 2 diabetes. In addition, GLP-1 has a positive role in protecting cardiovascular system and lowering the risk cardiovascular disease.
