摘要
考察雪莲培养物的总抗氧化能力与抗黑色素能力。测定雪莲培养物的ORAC值;测定雪莲培养物对黑色素瘤细胞黑色素合成的抑制率和细胞毒性。结果显示:雪莲培养物的ORAC值是5196μmol TE/g;雪莲培养物在浓度低至0.02mg/ml下,对黑色素合成的抑制率即可达到22.9%;在实验浓度下,雪莲培养物没有细胞毒性。结论:雪莲培养物具有极强的抗氧化能力和较好的抗黑色素能力。
The total antioxidant capacity and the melanin formation inhibition capacity of Saussurea involucrate culture were investigated respectively by measuring the total oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC) value and the inhibition rate on melanin formation. The results show that the total ORAC value is 5196 μmol TE/g. The inhibition rate on melanin formation achieves to 22.9% with the lower concentration of 0.02 mg/ml of Saussurea involucrate culture.And Saussurea involucrate culture has not showed cell toxicity. Therefore, it is concluded that Saussurea involucrate culture owns excellent antioxidant capacity and better melanin formation inhibition capacity.
