摘要
储能系统的选址要根据具体的指标进行考核,指标的选取应考虑到储能系统接入电网后能为电网提供快速的有功、无功支撑,提高电网电压稳定水平,降低网络损耗,改善系统的小干扰稳定性等。因此,从安全、稳定、经济性三个方面建立指标评估模型,考核储能系统各接入位置的优劣,从而进行合理的选址。为了进一步实现容量的优化配置,针对目前电力市场的发展,构建了以综合效益最大化为目标的多目标最优潮流模型,在最优潮流指导下实现储能系统的容量优化配置。最后,建立基于电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)的发输电网、风电场和储能系统仿真模型,按照所建模型进行储能系统的选址和容量配置。仿真结果表明,所建模型可以有效指导储能系统进行选址和容量的优化配置,并能够有效评估储能系统对大规模风电并网运行性能的影响。
The location selection of the energy storage sys-tem is examined based on the specific indexes,and the index selection should take into account the abilities of the energy storage system to provide the grid with fast active,reactive power support,improve the voltage stability of power system and reduce the grid loss and etc. Therefore,this paper establishes the index evaluation model from three aspects of safety,stability and economy,to evaluate the accessing locations in the system and make a reasonable location. In order to optimize the energy storage system capacity,a multi-objective optimal power flow model with the target to maximize the comprehensive benefit is constructed, and the allocation of energy storage system is optimized under the guidance of the optimal power flow. Finally, the wind power and energy storage system simulation model is built based on the power system analysis software package (PSASP)to configure the location and capacity of the energy storage system. The experimental results show that the model can effectively guide the energy storage system for the location and capacity optimization allocation,and effectively evaluate the effect of the energy storage system on large-scale wind power operation performance.
