摘要
采用数值模拟和实验验证相结合的方法,研究带材性能参数对锆合金薄板冲制成形影响。揭示了硬化指数与屈强比对壁厚分布均匀性和最大主应变影响规律,提出了保证锆合金薄板带材稳定冲制的关键性能指标及其控制范围。结果表明,硬化指数n与壁厚分布均匀性密切相关,n值越大,壁厚差越小,壁厚分布越均匀;屈强比与最大主应变密切相关,屈强比越小,最大主应变越小,壁厚分布越均匀;提高硬化指数或减小屈强比,均使锆合金薄板带材安全裕度提高;在安全裕度为10%的条件下,锆合金稳定冲制的关键性能参数范围为:硬化指数n≥0.18,屈强比≤0.68。实验验证结果与仿真模拟结果相吻合。
The effect of stripe performance parameters on the punching of zirconium alloy sheet was investigated by numerical simulation combined with experimental approaches.The influence of hardening index and yield ratio on the uniformity of thickness distribution and the maximum principal strain was revealed.The key performance indexes to ensure the stable punching of the zirconium alloy sheet and their ranges were proposed.The results show that the hardening index is closely related to the uniformity of the thickness distribution.The larger hardening index is,the smaller the thickness difference is,and the more uniform thickness distribution is.The yield ratio is closely related to the maximum principal strain.The smaller the yield ratio is,the smaller the maximum principal strain is,and the more uniform the wall thickness distribution is.Both increasing the hardening index or reducing the yield ratio can increase the safety margin of the zirconium alloy sheet and stripe.Under the safety margin of 10%,the critical performance parameters for zirconium alloy to be punched stable are the hardening index n≥0.18 and yield ratio≤0.68.The experimental verification results are identical with simulation results.
