摘要
针对二次冷轧过程带钢表面乳化液流量密度横向分布不均匀导致带钢板形与表面乳化液斑迹缺陷的问题,充分考虑到二次冷轧机组直喷系统的设备与工艺特点,在研究了喷嘴的喷射特性与安装工艺参数对乳化液流量密度横向分布影响的基础上,建立了一套适合于二次冷轧过程的乳化液流量密度横向分布模型,定量分析了喷嘴喷射角度、喷嘴倾斜角度、喷嘴侧倾角度、喷嘴喷射高度以及喷嘴间距对乳化液流量密度横向分布均匀性的影响。并将其应用到某1220二次冷轧机组的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,提高了带钢表面乳化液流量密度横向分布均匀性,有效降低了带钢板形与表面乳化液斑迹缺陷的发生率。
In light of strip flatness and surface emulsion mottle defects caused by inhomogeneous transverse distribution of emulsion flow density during double cold reduction rolling process,after fully considering the equipment and technological characteristics of direct injection system in double cold reduction rolling mill,on the foundation of the study on the effect of the nozzle spray characteristic and installation process parameters on the emulsion flow density transverse distribution,a model of emulsion flow density transverse distribution suitable for double cold reduction rolling process was established,and the influences of the nozzle spray angle,nozzle inclination angle,nozzle side rotation angle,nozzle spray height and nozzle spacing on emulsion flow density transverse distribution homogeneity were quantitatively analyzed.The model was applied to the production practice of a 1220 double cold reduction mill and great using effect was obtained,the emulsion flow density transverse distribution homogeneity on strip surface was improved,and the occurrence of strip flatness and surface emulsion mottle defects was effectively declined.
