摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定海水中石油类浓度,并对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定。分析了实验过程中不确定度的各项来源,包括标准溶液制备、仪器重复测量、标准曲线回归、前处理方法等,同时研究了各不确定度分量的计算方法,最后合成得样品的标准不确定度。当海水中石油类含量为0.081 8 mg/L时,扩展不确定度为0.011 6 mg/L(k=2)。实验结果表明,标准曲线非线性引入的不确定度对测量结果的影响最大。
A method was developed for determining oils in seawater by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty such as the preparation of standard solution,repeated measurements,standard curve regression,sample recovery of the pre-treatment process produced in analysis process were discussed. Different components of the uncertainty were also discussed. The expanded uncertainty obtained was 0. 011 6 mg / L( k = 2) as oils content was 0. 081 8 mg / L. The uncertainty of standard curve regression is considered as the main source of the measurement uncertainty.
