摘要
对历次山西省高速公路网规划及其路网规划环境影响评价进行了介绍,分析了山西省高速公路网规划调整方案新增的10条高速公路的环境敏感性,通过计算得出了山西省高速公路网规划调整方案的新增路段综合评价指数及整个路网的环境影响综合指数,最后从环境保护角度对山西省高速公路网规划调整方案的实施提出了建议。
This paper introduced highway network planning and its network planning environmental impact assessment in Shanxi Province, and analyzed its environmental sensitivity of highway network planning adjustment scheme. Through calculating, it obtained the added road comprehensive evaluation index and the entire network environmental impact comprehensive index of highway network planning adjustment scheme. At the last, it also put forward the suggestions of highway network planning adjustment scheme implementation from the environmental protection.
