摘要
首先对超薄磨耗层Nova Chip的关键机理进行了详细的介绍和说明;然后通过超薄磨耗层在隧道路面抗滑处治工程中的应用,分别对养护方案选择、材料选择、混合料设计、混合料性能等问题进行全面的分析;最后对使用效果进行评价,使用效果表明:Nova Chip超薄磨耗层沥青混合料具有较好的高温抗车辙和抗水损坏能力,并且能够提高水泥混凝土路面的抗滑性能和国际平整度指数,同时降低路面噪声,提高路面行车舒适性。
This paper firstly introduced and illustrated the key mechanism of ultra-thin wearing layer Nova Chip in detail. Then through the application of the ultra-thin wearing layer in the tunnel pavement anti-sliding treatment engineering, it also comprehensively analyzed some issues respectively from the maintenance scheme selection, material selection, mixture design, mixture performance and so on. At last, it evaluated the using effect.The using effect showed that the Nova Chip ultra-thin wearing layer asphalt mixture had good high temperature anti-rutting and anti-water damage ability, improved the anti-sliding performance of cement concrete pavement and international roughness index, at the same time reduced the pavement noise and improved the road driving comfort.
