摘要
研制了一种适用于水公园的重力式造浪设备,包含供水系统、机械闸门系统、液压系统和控制系统。根据蓄水室中不同的蓄水高度进行了浪高计算,利用确定的浪高和选定的造浪周期进行了供水系统的设计选型。机械闸门系统中的曲柄连杆机构能够有效地将闸门所受水载荷转移至基础上,并在造浪时能迅速使闸门打开。通过控制系统的控制,液压系统能根据不同要求驱动机械闸门系统开合完成造浪。该造浪设备可在90s内造出2m高的大浪,具有效率高、噪声小的特点。
One kind of gravity wave equipment which is suitable for water park is designed in this paper.The wave generator include four system:water supply system,mechanical sluice system,hydraulic system and control system.Wave height is calculated for different volume of water in tank.Water supply system is designed according to parameters such as wave height and wave cycle time.Mechanical sluice system can easily transfer water load which works on the sluice to concrete foundation effectively by crank mechanism.The sluice can be opened rapidly by crank mechanism while generating wave.Hydraulic system can drive mechanical sluice system to generate wave in waving pool by control system.A 2m-high wave can be generated by the wave generator only in 90 s which have the characteristics of high effect and small noise.
