摘要
问卷调查显示,目前大学生的法律意识存在不少问题:缺乏法律信仰,法律意识淡薄,缺乏基本的法律知识和学习法律知识的主动性,欠缺用理论指导实践的能力。通过调查分析,提出可以通过整合教育资源,建立立体教育模式;运用法律思维培养法律意识;提高大学生社会责任感等方式来解决大学生法律意识存在的问题,并为高校思想政治法律教育提供参考。
The survey reveals that there are quite some problems in legal consciousness for universities students,such as the deficiency of legal belief,legal consciousness,solid legal knowledge,the initiative to study and the capacity to practice theories.Based on the investigation,the paper draws a conclusion that it is necessary to establish a tridimensional model by integrating educational resources,cultivate students' legal consciousness with legal knowledge and enhance students' social responsibility in order to solve the problems among students and provide references for university legal education.
