摘要
2014年5月至2015年11月对小浪底水库(山西段)浮游植物进行了调查,结果表明,该水库共有浮游植物7门49属71种。以绿藻门种类最多,占总数的47.90%,其次为硅藻门,占22.53%。同时利用浮游植物数量及生物量指数、Shannon-Weaver多样性指数H及综合营养状态指数(TLI)等方法评价其水质。小浪底水库浮游植物平均生物量在0~5 mg/L,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数H变化范围为2.20~4.18,水质为清洁至轻污染。结合综合营养状态指数(TLI)评价综合结果显示,小浪底水库为中营养型水库。
An investigation was carried out in the Shanxi section of Xiao Langdi Reservoir,from May 2014 to November 2015. Xiaolangdi Reservoir contains 71 species,49 genera,and 7 divisions of phytoplankton. among which Chlorophyta is the most important component accounting for 47.90% of the total;followed by Bacillariophyta with22.53%. Mean-while the water quality of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir was assessed by applying methods of assessment for value of Index number and biomass of phytoplankton,Shannon- Weaver diversity index H,comprehensive nutrition state index(TLI). Phytoplankton biomass of Xiaolangdi Reservoir in 0 ~ 5 mg/L.The changing scope of Shannon-Weaver diversity index H was from 2.20 to 4.18,so the water quality was clean to slight-polluted. Combined comprehensive nutrition state index(TLI)as an assessment index,the result showed that water body of Xiaolangdi Reservoir was at medium eutrophication level.
