miR-31在结肠癌中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 2013美国癌症学会公布最新统计数据显示:结肠癌发病率、死亡率均居恶性肿瘤第三位[1]。结肠癌患者如能早期发现,经手术治疗效果较好。然而结肠癌患者确诊时往往已是中晚期。因此,寻找与结肠癌诊断、分期及预后相关的生物学分子具有重要的意义。miRNA自1993年首次被发现以来,一直广受人们的关注。miRNA是一类广泛存在于动植物体内的非编码小RNA,主要参与基因转录水平后调控。
