摘要
该文针对变角度带式输送机的实际工况,在变角度电子皮带秤仿真系统获得测量数据的基础上,建立相应的数学模型;并将带基准偏移角修正的两维变角度电子皮带秤称量,通过拉格朗日多项式展开和Hermite插值法,分段修正软件并预装到电子皮带秤积算器中;将角度传感器和传统的电子皮带秤相结合,研制出一套在变角度带式输送机的角度改变后能够及时自动修正仪表量程系数和零点的变角度电子皮带秤,从而提高安装在变角度带式输送机上电子皮带秤的计量准确度。目前实测计量误差绝对值保持在0.16%以内,具有一定的实际价值。
In this paper,according to the actual working condition of the variable-angle belt conveyor,simulation system variable-angle of electronic belt scale is the basis of measurement data obtained to establish the corresponding mathematical model,and take the benchmark deviation angle correction of electronic belt scale weighing two dimensional varying angle,by Lagrange polynomial expansion and Hermite interpolation method segmenting correction software and preolading to electronic belt scale integrator,the angle sensor and the combination of the traditional electronic belt scale,developed a set of changes in the angle of belt conveyor angle changes in a timely manner after the automatic correction instrument range coefficient and the zero point of electronic belt scale,the installation on the variable-angle belt conveyor of the electronic belt scale measurement accuracy,can be improved the actual measurement error is kept within 0. 16%,which has certain practical value.
