摘要
随着电动汽车行业发展,电池管理系统面临快速开发和多样性的矛盾,同时对控制系统的鲁棒性要求和可靠性要求日趋增加,为实现开发与测试同步,实现电池管理系统的功能安全测试要求,将硬件在环仿真测试应用到电池管理系统测试中。该文阐述如何在SCALECXIO的基础上搭建测试平台,通过Matlab simulink建立被控对象模型。将被测电池管理系统与硬件在环仿真系统形成闭环,实现电池管理系统车辆运行环境的模拟。以电池管理系统充电策略的测试为例,描述硬件在环仿真测试用例的编写,通过自动化测试的方式输出测试结果。
With the development of the electric vehicle,battery management system is facing rapid development and diversity of contradictions,and increasing the requirements of robustness and dependability.In order to realize the development and testing at the same time,and do the function safety test of battery management system,the hardware in the loop simulation test is applied to the battery management system test.This paper introduces how to fix up the test platform on the SCALECXIO,and how to establish the controlled object model by Matlab simulink.Connected the BMS and Hi L as a close loop simulation system and realize the simulation of the vehicle operating environment of the battery management system.Taking the test of battery management system charging strategy as an example,the paper describes the preparation of the hardware in the loop simulation test case,and outputs the test results by means of the automated test.
