摘要 建立了吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联法同时测定水中卤代烃、氯代苯和苯系物的方法,对吹扫条件和解析条件进行了优化。结果表明,经分析条件优化后,目标化合物的曲线相关系数在0.995~0.999 5之间,检出限在0.03~0.49μg/L之间,相对标准偏差在1.28%~7.29%之间,具有很好的线性和精密度。方法用于地表水、生活污水和化工废水中23种有机物的测定,并进行了加标回收实验,地表水回收率在97.2%~109.9%之间,生活污水回收率在93.2%~113.1%之间,废水回收率在93.1%~106.4%之间,表明方法具有很好的准确度,可用于地表水、生活污水和化工废水中有机物的测定。 A method was established to determine volatile halohydrocarbons, chlorobenzenes and benzene homologs in water by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The purge and trap conditions were optimized. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of calibration curve was between 0.995~0.999 5, the detection limit was0.03~0.49 μg/L and RSD of the method was 1.28%~7.29%.The method was applied to analyze surface water and domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. Average recovery of surface water samples was 97.2%~109.9%, average recovery of domestic sewage samples was 93.2%~113.1% and average recovery of industrial wastewater samples was93.1%~106.4% The method has good accuracy, so it can be used for synchronous determination of volatile halohydrocarbons, chlorobenzenes and benzene homologs in surface water,sewage and wastewater.
