摘要
吐哈油田鄯善、温米区块注水压力高,地层堵塞严重,注水难以达到配注要求,常规酸化施工不能解除地层深部污染,为此研发出了一种新型多氢酸体系。室内实验表明,与土酸相比,新型多氢酸体系具有缓速缓蚀、有效作用距离大、防止二次沉淀的产生、低成本等诸多优势。根据鄯善、温米区块的储层特征,确定了新型多氢酸体系配方及技术,并在23口井进行了现场试验,试验表明,新型多氢酸体系可以降低注水压力7.8 MPa,日增注量29.5m3,有效期108 d,降压增注效果显著。
In Shanshan and Wenmi blocks of Tuha oilfield,due to high water injection pressure and serious formation plug,the water injection is difficult to meet the requirements of injection allocation and the conventional acidification construction cannot remove deep formation pollution.Therefore a new type of hydrogen acid acidification system has been developed.Through laboratory experiments,compared with the soil acid,the new type of hydrogen acid system is of slow corrosion,long distance of effectiveness,preventing the formation of the secondary precipitation,low cost,and many other advantages.The new system hydrogen acid formula and technology have been determined.Site test of 23 wells indicates this new type of hydrogen acid system can decrease water injection pressure of 7.8 MPa,with daily increased amount of 29.5 m3,the validity of 108 days,and remarkable decreased pressure and increased injection effect.
