摘要
大庆油田"三低"油藏具有低压、低渗、低丰度及黏土含量高的特点,开采难度大。使用油基和水基钻井液存在高成本、高污染和储层损害等问题,常规微泡沫钻井液又面临着发泡剂发泡能力差、半衰期短等问题。因此,以合成出的表面活性剂QF-1和QF-2作为发泡剂,再通过优选稳泡剂等,研制出一套适用于大庆"三低"油藏的新型微泡沫钻井液。室内评价实验表明,该体系密度在0.9~1.02 g/cm^3之间,半衰期超过45 h,滚动回收率大于90%,不同孔径砂床封堵承压能力在8 MPa以上,能抗3%盐侵和20%土侵。
The'three low'reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield are characterized by low pressure,low permeability,low abundance and high clay content,which make it difficult to exploit.The use of oil-based and water-based drilling fluids in this type of reservoirs will cause the problems of high cost,high pollution and reservoir damage,and the use of conventional micro foam drilling fluid is also faced with problems such as poor foaming ability and short half-life of foaming agents.For this reason,a new type of micro foam drilling fluid suitable for'three low'reservoirs in Daqing was developed by using surfactant QF-1 and QF-2 as foaming agent and by optimizing foam stabilizer.Laboratory evaluation experiments show that the density of the system is 0.90~1.02 g/cm^3,the half-life is more than 45 hours,the rolling recovery rate is more than 90%.The sealing capacity of sand beds with different pore sizes is more than 8 MPa,and the system can resist 3%salt invasion and 20%soil invasion.
