3种化合物对南方根结线虫的抑制作用及对番茄生长的影响

摘要 蔬菜根结线虫病是目前我国北方温室大棚和南方露地蔬菜生产中的重要病害之一,为研究常用化学试剂对根结线虫活性的作用,考察3种化合物CuSO4·5H2O、FeCl3·6H2O和NH4HCO3对靶标线虫南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)卵孵化和2龄幼虫(J2)侵染能力的影响,以及对番茄植株生长的影响。结果表明,3种化合物均对南方根结线虫的卵孵化具有明显的抑制作用,65mmol·L-1NH4HCO3对南方根结线虫卵孵化的抑制作用最强,抑制率可达100%;NH4HCO3和CuSO4·5H2O对番茄根结形成均具有较强的抑制作用,FeCl3·6H2O抑制作用较弱;3种化合物对番茄植株生长均具有抑制作用,NH4HCO3和CuSO4·5H2O对番茄植株生长的抑制作用较强,两者差异不显著,FeCl3·6H2O抑制作用较弱。 Root knot nematode is currently one of the major diseases in vegetable greenhouse in Northern China and Southern field vegetable production. Three compounds CuSO4·5H2O,FeCl3·6H2O and NH4HCO3 were selected and tested for their effects on the egg hatch and second stage juvenile(J2) infection of Meloidogyne incognita. The results showed that all three compounds had strong inhibition effect on the egg hatching, and 65 mmol·L-1NH4HCO3 demonstrated the strongest inhibition effect with the inhibition ratio 100%. NH4HCO3 and CuSO4·5H2O had significantly effect on inhibition of gall formation, and FeCl3·6H2O had no significant effect on nematodes. Three compounds had inhibitory effect on plant growth NH4HCO3 and CuSO4·5H2O had strong inhibitory on plant growth, FeCl3·6H2O had weakihibitory effect.
