α-硫辛酸对糖尿病肾病患者尿足细胞标志蛋白水平及血清血管内皮生长因子水平的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨α-硫辛酸对糖尿病肾病患者尿足细胞标志蛋白(PCX)水平及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法选取2011年1月—2014年8月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者118例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组58例和观察组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用α-硫辛酸,治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肌酐、尿素氮、尿PCX水平及血清VEGF水平。结果两组患者治疗前FBG、HbA_(1c)、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、HDL-C、肌酐、尿素氮、尿PCX水平及血清VEGF水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后FBG、HbA_(1c)、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、肌酐、尿素氮、尿PCX水平及血清VEGF水平均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);而两组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论α-硫辛酸可有效降低糖尿病肾病患者尿PCX水平及血清VEGF水平。 Objective To explore the influence of alpha lipoic acid on urine podocalyxin level and serum vascular endothelial growth factor( LVEF) level of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 118 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected in Wuzhong People's Hospital of Suzhou from January 2011 to August 2014,and they were divided into control group( n = 58) and observation group( n = 60) according to random number table. Patients of control group received conventional treatment, while patients of observation group received alpha lipoic acid based on conventional treatment; both groups continuously treated for two weeks. FBG,HbA_(1 c),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triglycerides,LDL-C,HDL-C,creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine PCX level and serum VEGF level were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistically significant differences of FBG, HbA_(1c), systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C, HDL-C, creatinine, urea nitrogen, urine PCX level or serum VEGF level was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment, FBG, HbA_(1c), total cholesterol,triglycerides,LDL-C,creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine PCX level and serum VEGF level of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group,HDL-C of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05),while no statistically significant differences of systolic blood pressure or diastolic blood pressure was found between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid can reduce urine podocalyxin level and serum LVEF level of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
