摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高护士对住院患儿尿管安全管理质量中的应用效果。方法成都市妇女儿童中心医院儿外二病区2016年4月成立了QCC,以"提高护士对住院患儿尿管安全管理质量"为主题,使用《导管管理质量评价标准》对住院患儿的尿管安全管理质量调查评分,将2016年4-5月的调查评分结果设为干预前,针对出现的问题进行改进;将2016年7—8月的调查结果作为干预后,干预前后评分进行比较。结果干预后护士对患儿尿管安全管理质量评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在QCC活动的干预下,有效提高了护士对住院患儿尿管管理的质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Quality Control Circle( QCC) activities in improving the quality of urinary tube safety management for hospitalized children. Methods In order to improve the quality of urinary tube safety management for hospitalized children,Surgical ward two units QCC is established in April 2016,using the catheter management quality evaluation standard of hospitalized children with urinary tube safety management quality survey score,then,compared the score with the before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the quality score of the nurses' urinary management quality was higher than before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Under the intervention of QCC activity,the quality of the nurse's management of urinary tube for hospitalized was improved.
