摘要
目的研究加强医院消毒供应室工作中各个环节的质量管理措施,确保消灭医院消毒供应室的细菌,加强对医院消毒供应室的质量控制,对医院感染进行有效的预防与控制。方法医院消毒供应室质量管理部门,比如感控办、护理部等要加大对消毒供应室的日常检查,监督与管理,加大对医院消毒供应室的质量控制力度,严格按照医院感染管理相关条例进行规范操作,医院可以在护士长的带领下成立一个消毒供应室质量控制小组,专门负责医院消毒供应室的质量控制与监督管理,同时,医院还应该完善质量管理的操作流程,对消毒灭菌等各个环节进行严格的质量控制,强化对相关工作人员的培训与教育,普及医院感染相关的专业知识,增强质量控制意识,自觉做好自己的本职工作。结果医院通过对消毒供应室进行规范化的管理,极大加强了消毒供应室的质量控制力度,确保医院消毒灭菌合格率保持在正常的水平,很好地预防了医院感染的发生。结论医院消毒供应室的质量管理对医院来说非常重要,能够对患者的安危与医院的医疗护理质量产生重大影响,医院消毒供应室质量管理的加强能够有效地预防与控制医院感染,保证医院的医疗安全管理。
Objective To study the quality management measures to strengthen the disinfection and supply room in hospital work in all aspects,to ensure the elimination of disinfection and supply room bacteria,strengthen the quality control of hospital disinfection room, to carry out effective prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods The quality of disinfection and supply room management department of the hospital,such as infection control,nursing department to increase the daily inspection of disinfection and supply room, supervision and management, intensify efforts to control the quality of disinfection and supply room of the hospital, in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the standardized operation management of hospital infection, the hospital can set up a quality control team of disinfection and supply room under the leadership of the head nurse, quality control and supervision and management, responsible for disinfection supply room in hospital at the same time,the hospital should improve the quality management process,strict quality control on all aspects such as disinfection and sterilization,strengthening phase The training and education of the relevant staff to the popularity of their professional knowledge related to hospital infection,strengthening the quality control of their consciousness,consciously do their essential work. Results To standardize the management of disinfection and supply room through the hospital, greatly strengthened the quality control of disinfection and supply room,to ensure that the qualified rate of disinfection in hospitals the normal level,good to prevent the hospital infection. Conclusion The quality management of disinfection and supply room is very important for the hospital,it can the quality of medical care for the safety of patients and hospitals have a big impact on strengthening the quality management of disinfection and supply room can effectively prevent and control the nosocomial infection and ensure the medical safety management of hospital.
