急性胸痛三联征64排螺旋CT诊断与介入造影诊断对比观察 被引量：7

摘要 急性胸痛三联征是心血管内科及急诊科最常见的疾病之一,包括主动脉夹层、急性冠状动脉综合征和肺动脉栓塞,本病起病急同。危及生命,常常需要快速准确地作出诊断。由于部分患者症状不典型及临床医生经验不足,漏诊率较高。64排螺旋CT(64-MDCT)的高时间分辨率及空间分辨率使一次扫描覆盖冠状动脉、主动脉、肺动脉并清晰重建其血管影像成为可能可以对冠心病、主动脉夹层及肺动脉栓塞3种常见急性重症进行快速联合检查。
